How long will it take to receive my order?
Items will be shipped after the order has been processed (1-3 days).
For all orders within the USA, please allow 7-20 business days for delivery.
For all orders outside of the USA, please allow 20-35 business days for delivery.

Your items may come from different suppliers so they may not arrive together in the same package or on the same day.
Although we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, we can't always guarantee specific timeframes and aren't responsible for any delays in shipping (as once the order is accepted by the carrier, it's then in their hands). But please let us know if you haven't received your item within three weeks so we can look into it for you.
Holidays and weekends can occasionally add slight delays, but isn't an issue for the vast majority of our customers.
With that said, we'll work with you to make sure you get what you ordered as fast as our cat reflexes allow!
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your item up to 14 days after you've received your item.

We accept Paypal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
How do I track my package?
You can track your package at anytime using our TRACK YOUR ORDER feature on our website. All you have to do is enter your order number & email address to check the status.
My tracking status has not updated in 7 days. Why is it still in Pre-Shipment?
Your tracking status may say "Pre-Shipment" until the package has arrived at your local post office. This may take 7-14 days to update. If you do not see an update or receive your product by the times listed above, please let us know!
I ordered 2 or more items, but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
Our products are sourced from multiple manufactures worldwide. One fulfillment center may ship an item before the other, so you may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Where is my product shipping from?
We have fulfillment centers all around the globe in places like Canada, Europe & China.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all countries!
